Brought to the posy west London posse by none other than cocktail guru Dick Bradsell. Designed by leading bar architects Fusion, it's a three-floor restaurant-bar with a high-concept private bar on the ground floor known as Genevieve. Check out her futuristic jet age seating and design touches that include some weird, spacey chrome bubbles - and demand they let you in. Although not a member's bar per se, we suspect you have to be celeb or a Notting Hill "name" if you want access. Food is "global tapas" - tasty small dishes from around the world - and drinks have the distinct mark of Bradsell and fellow cocktail guru Henry Besant. We particularly liked the Earl Grey Fizz - a champagne cocktail that is simply not for tea drinkers. ~ Worlds Best Bars
