Doyle Brunson and Phil Helmuth
A few weeks back I got the chance to perform for two of my Poker Idols.
Phil Hellmuth and Mr Doyle Brunson (if your not into Poker lets just say they are as good as it gets) Phil has won 11 world series and Doyle the Godfather of Poker with 10 to his name; Both undoubtedly the greatest of there age!
I busted out a few cheeky poker routines from my bespoke poker cheating demonstartion.
For magicians reading this I did Variation of Marlo estimation and a Poker deal from shuffled deck + plus few other items... Doyle commented that last time he saw anything like that is was in the company of Mr John Scarne. who again was a real Idol of mine. What a compliment!

Sav is Invited to a Charity Auction
As a magician you are lucky enough to meet some great people and experience great moments. Tonight, I was Invited as a guest to a recent charity auction / concert at Mango Tree restaurant. It was in aid of the Terrance Higgins Foundation and Cancer Research Charity's.
All I can say was Beverly knights performance was 110% amazing, I've never heard her live before but truly incredible!! I spotted various celebrities including, Members of Take that, Dame Kelly Holmes and Annie Lennox. Where I was asked to do an Impromptu performance.
I even won the bid for a signed England shirt!!

Sav entertains celebs @ Virgin Unite fundraiser
So, Last week I attended a star studded event in aid of Virgin Unite they were highlighting the problems of Fistula (A terrible Disease!) Celebs included Sir Richard Branson himself (The bearded Tycoon) Natalie Imbtrullia (sexy minx) , David Walliams (Bit of a Twat), Dutchess of York, Johnny Vaughn (Nice Geezer) Kelly Rowland (Diva) Rita Marley (Bobs wife) And a whole host of Top Models and London's Coolest hipsters!
It was my challenge to mingle and mince around baffling folks as always! Performing an assortment of card tricks and such like in aid of Charity.
Tonight I was given a spare ticket so brought along my guest along Miss Rebecca Elliaot who had a swell time hobnobbing with everyone.
The Raffle prize was a 40K Diamond necklace at £50 a ticket I decided to take a punt! Needless to say didnt win so have to continue doing card tricks for next year at least.

Birthday ruses for the Kings of Leon.
So the main news for yesterday I happens to meet those nice lads from The Kings of Leon. They invited me to hang out in an VIP London bar for drinks and celebrate there brothers birthday, Naturally I had to perform! Caleb got really engrossed and at one point screamed...
"Dude you are going straight to hell doing shit like that, it's definitely not normal!"
I ended up having to teach them some simple card an bar tricks to impress the girls they meet on tour. (like they really need it!!)
If you are a fan of the K.O.L they will be appearing on Jools Holland show next week along with Metallica and Sir Paul McCartney.
They all took my card an promised to be in touch! (don't forget guys that backstage pass!!!) :-p
