My buddies up in the West Midlands at Area51 made it to the semi finals of BGT.They asked me to consult / design the big production boxes at the back of the stage that the mighty Glo-bots appear from! No mean feat to make 2 x 9ft Robots appear!! In case you missed them heres a clip below of the act.

The winner of this lot will be taking their family to the Warner Bros Studio Tour London: The Making of Harry Potter in Leavesden to spend a day at the actual sets used for the films. Open to the public in July 2012, the studios will give a fantastic insight to the sets, costumes and techniques used in the films.

Working in events somtimes you meet a glum celebrity somtimes one that has ‘seen it all’ and is hard to impress!

Tonight was one such case. The Gala dinner for Children’s Literature which took place at the Royal festival hall. It was a who’s who of Illustrators, writers and publishers. Also in attendance was Mr Jamie Oliver who after a slow start turned out to be a Pukka fella. Initially Jamie seemed a bit of a tough cookie when it came to watching a ‘quick trick’ however he eventually crumbled. (They ALL do!)

So, a extremely busy January almost over I’ve been getting in shape with K3 Personal training. As a performer its really Improtant to look after yourself! Its not all Late night drinking in bars! Anyhow I’m planning on doing a couple of large scale stunts in 2012 so need to stay lean and put on some muscle to avoid injury. I may even sign up to the spartan race if I do I’ll be after some series sponsorship!

February on the horizon trips to Barcelona, Salou, Las Vagas and Blackpool!

So, with Xmas over I’m already getting enquiries for Weddings in 2012 and 2013.

Wedding magician

Magic is a popular option at a Wedding as its a real Ice-Breaker, Perfect both inside or outdoors and for all ages! I choose to act as an extra party guest at the event and perform magic to blend in with the ambience of the big day. I’m very aware its not MY big day so choose to not bolster my ego by making the audience whoop and cheer unless they really want to! Choosing the right Wedding magician for your BIG day will defiantly enhance it.

Options :-

1 – Mix and mingle during the Photos (to kill the dead time)

2 – At the tables between courses of the wedding breakfast.

3- Interim period between day and night.

4- During the party for those who don’t want to dance.
